The German automaker has released pricing details of the revamped model. Having undergone major interior and exterior facelift, the Atlas was transformed to look more attractive and offer better comfort.
The 2021 Atlas got an interior and exterior facelift
The pricing of the 2021 Atlas begins from $32,565 (₦11.9 million) – the price of the base S entry-level trim that comes equipped with standard features including a 6.5-inch infotainment screen, 18-inch alloys, LED headlights, rain-sensing wipers, et al.

Buyers get to choose from the various range options including:
- SE
- SE with Technology
- SE with Technology R-Line
- SEL
- SEL R-Line
- SEL Premium
- SEL Premium R-Line trim levels
The highest range – the SEL Premium R-Line trim levels begins from $48,215 (₦17.6 million). For such a price, it offers exquisite luxury and sophisticated technology including ambient lighting, ventilated seats, heated leather, high-definition audio system and machined 20-inch wheels.
Performance of the Atlas is kept in tog gear with the provision of two engines to choose from. One is a naturally aspirated 276 HP 3.6-liter V6 and the other is a four-cylinder TSI 235 HP 2.0-liter turbo. Both engines function with an automatic transmission of eight speeds. Interestingly, buyers can now get the base TSI 2.0-liter with an all-wheel 4motion drive as an additional option.
The interior is home to high-end car technology
The interior of the 2021 VW model presents an upgraded steering wheel, contrasting stitching and a large infotainment display available on the various models save for the base trim S.
Volkswagen prioritized safety in this model by offering the latest safety technology including Autonomous Emergency Braking, Rear Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Monitor, and Forward Collision Warning, et al, on all the trims.
