An all-new Mercedes-AMG GT 73 has been recently caught on camera by spies and it is reported to be featuring a more complex electrical powertrain under its hood.

Autocar (popular UK auto Mag) even puts forward suspicions that this 4-door coupe will be due by next year and will have a production variant featuring the very powerful hybrid powertrain that the brand debuted recently on its GT concept car at the Geneva Motor show in 2017.

The debuted concept car back then came with a V8 twin-turbo hybrid powertrain that delivered a total of 805hp. So, the expected production version of this coming/spotted car should also feature a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine together with one electric motor on the car’s front axle together delivering 805hp and 738 lb-ft of torque overall. And the currently predicted model name of this coming car is Mercedes-AMG GT 73 4Matic.
