Mercedes has released what seems to be a combination of the Mercedes-AMG A45 and CLA 45 and it's certainly the bomb!
The Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 Shooting Brake has been recently unveiled and it's the second generation model in the family of the CLA model. One thing about this car is that it absolutely makes heads turn because of it classic lines and beauty. However, what doesn’t seem to work for USA Mercedes enthusiasts is that the car will be available only in the European market. Since those in the US have been waiting for it for long, this might not be Mercedes’s finest hour in the States.

Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 Shooting Brake brings sportiness to the class
If you are looking for something sportier then the first Mercedes-AMG CLA 45, then the Shooting Brake is definitely your ticket. The car has virtually the same engine as the M139 which is found usually in the A45 and the CLA. Thus, it has one of the world's most powerful engines, which is a four-cylinder petrol burner.
Owners are able to choose a version of horsepower that includes 416 horsepower (310 kW) or the 387 horsepower (289 kW) for the CLA 45 S. The drivetrain is a four wheels big double clutch gearbox running eight-speed-transmission. It is of course a 4MATIC which is a Mercedes stamp of performance.
In total, the new Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 Shooting Brake is capable of deploying from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.1 seconds, or 4.0 seconds. However for the S model, the top speed is limited to 270 km/h (168 mph) or 250 km/h (155 mph). Thus, the car experiences a very smooth incremental acceleration without breaking a sweat. Basically you can shift for a calm cruise or a thrilling fast ride; this is how sporty the car can get.

The interior of the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 Shooting Brake maintains Mercedes' classic interior opulence
The engine is not the only impressive thing about the car as the design is also top notch. It may look very sporty but it still maintains general Coupe lines that are coupled with a panamericana distinct grille.
Mercedes has not released any information concerning the eventual price of the new Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 Shooting Brake, but that is certainly imminent.
