With open cockpit and no windshield, the new McLaren Elva is the next big thing from the iconic British luxury marque

You might be wondering why McLaren created this speed demon since they have a lot of fast Hypercars that are still very much rocking the auto industry. Well, according to report reaching us here on Naijauto, McLaren Elva was created in celebration of the classic M1A, M1B and M1C 1960s sports cars, which were the buyers’ version of the company’s race cars from prominent Group 7.
How much is a McLaren Elva hypercar?
McLaren is only bent on producing just 399 examples of this Elva, and each one will cost at least $1,690,000 (₦610.9m), which is excluding of shipping fee and clearing cost of getting it delivered to you in Nigeria.
The roofless Hypercar offers a stylish and sporty interior design that justifies its high price
This new model by the British luxury marque is the first car to offer Active Management system, which sends air via the speedster’s nose to come out at high velocity from the clamshell ahead of people inside the car. The air is then directed up and across the cockpit to form a virtual windscreen or what the automaker calls “bubble of calm”.
You might decide to opt for helmet if that will put your fear to bed, but buying this speed beauty will serve its full potentials if used without helmet. The automaker will also offer potential buyers fixed windscreen variant of the model as optional.
