Along with the standard model running on fuel, the French automaker launched the Peugeot e-208, an electric car. This duo is also the latest Peugeot cars in 2019.

Although some of the best cars Peugeot ever released were from the '90s, but they still boast some classy new models that can stand side by side with the latest BMWs and Benzes. This 2019, the automaker from France, Peugeot, launched one of the most amazing vehicles- the new version of its two-zero automobiles. The 208 and e-208 are the latest Peugeot cars 2019 has seen so far. The supermini comes as an electric vehicle with variations of the internal combustion engine. It also has an exquisite interior, new look, and styling, different platform from previous versions and appeals to the millennial buyer.

The low-emission car strategist for Peugeot, Anne-Lise Richard, said that the brand sees the new 2019 Peugeot 208 as a sign of renewed strength. They also believe that it would give the customer an answer to any questions they have sought after in Peugeot cars.

The Peugeot 208 makes a bold entrance

‘We wanted to create the sexiest hot hatch in the purest way, But how do you do that? Possibly with big wheels in the corners, "muscle" in the body and a more upright windscreen to give the car some "nose". So we said let’s go back to silhouettes like the 205", Vidal Gilles, design director for Peugeot said in France.

2019 Peugeot 208 interior design

The interior of this latest Peugeot car in 2019 is almost similar to the philosophy used in building the i-cockpit of the 508 model. It allows the driver more space and doesn't make them feel like they are caged by a barricade of controls. There's also a 3D screen to aid mapping and navigation. The 5-to-10-inch size screens (depending on your spec) also contains features that allow you to understand what speed you're on, what direction to take and objects to avoid. The e-208 has well-tailored furnishing that is partly alcantara.

The inside of the Peugeot 208 has a less compact feel as compared to that of its competitors

In a bid to reduce tiredness of the brain and eye, the brand has to work with popular filmmaker Luc Besson to design the interior. The gear area wasn't left out in the new design for these latest 2019 Peugeot cars. There's enough space to keep your phone and other small objects. It also allows the screen to project forward if need be.
