“We have torn up the rule book to create the newest member of the Pace family, the all-electric Jaguar I-Pace. With zero tailpipe emissions, no CO2 and no particulates, it moves us dramatically closer to our vision of a clean, safe and sustainable future,” said Jaguar Land Rover CEO.

The I-Pace performance is incredible as it squared off against two Tesla Model Xs in a 0-60 mph and back to zero challenge in footage from Mexico City. A 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds, powerful brakes along with two 394 hp motors put the electric Jaguar one step above its US contenders.

Additionally, the electric car is also compatible with 100kW public (ultra-fast) chargers which allow you to charge the vehicle’s battery to 80% in only 40 minutes. On the other hand, if you use a 7kW wall box at home, it will take you 10 hours to do this job.
