German luxury automobile manufacturer, Porsche, is expanding the Porsche Cayenne Coupe lineup with the introduction of its new S variant.
News reaching Naijauto has it that the 2020 Porsche Cayenne S Coupe variant is built as a middle sister to other existing models as it's slotted in between the base model and the Turbo in the Cayenne Coupe lineup. The S Coupe variant is powered by a twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 engine that offers 434 hp(324 kW/440 PS) with a torque of 406 lb-ft(550 Nm). It has an eight-speed automatic transmission which transmits power to an all-wheel drive system. With this, the crossover gets to hit 62 mph(100 kilometers per hour) in 5.0 seconds. The top speed is 163 mph (263 kilometers per hour).
The Cayenne S Coupe built for the US market has a panoramic roof and 20-inch wheels. Other features are the Sport Chrono Package, two individual rear seats and an eight-way sports seat to offer exceptional comfort.

Though built with a slight difference, the European model still keeps the Sport Chrono Package, panoramic glass roof, and 20-inch wheels. Also available are a speed-sensitive Power steering Plus system, Park Assist, and Porsche Active Suspension Management system.

Both markets will make three Lightweight Sport Packages available for customers to order. Also added to the packages are a carbon fiber roof, Houndstooth cloth seat centers, and a 22-inch forged aluminum wheel. The three packages, when ordered together, will minimize the 62 miles per hour time by a tenth.

Presently, Porsche has started accepting orders and the US market will be having the 2020 Porsche Cayenne S Coupe this fall. Price starts at $88,600 (~N31.9 million). It doesn't include $1,250 (~N450,000) fee for delivery, processing, and handling.
