Mercedes is certainly living up to customers’ expectations. No week passes without the German automaker making the headlines here on Naijauto. Some time ago, we featured the Mercedes GLC 63 getting an update to set the fastest Ring lap record. Well, another GLC variant, the 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 has been revealed... with a facelifted look also.
The new model is being offered in standard and coupe form. The updates it got is synonymous with Mercedes brands, though there's a difference with the former GLC 43 model. The most significant changes it got were the headlights and taillights, which were overhauled. The front fascia and lower fascia at the back were redesigned as well.

Checking under the skin, the GLC 43 4Matic Coupe and GLC 43 4Matic are powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine which delivers 385 hp and a torque of 383 lb-ft (520 Nm). The power is mated with a nine-speed automatic transmission and a 4Matic all-wheel-drive system. With it, both models are expected to sprint from 0-60 mph (96 km/h) in 4.7 seconds. Their top speeds are 155 mph (250 km/h).
The AWD system comes with a front-rear torque split of 13-69%. And if you're looking forward to acquiring the latest Mercedes model, then you'll be getting Air Body Control air suspension systems and AMG Ride Control as standard. The Mercedes Air Body Control suspension system offers a safe and comfortable ride to drivers. Here, they have the option to choose from Comfort, Sport, and Sport+ in the suspension setting.

The 2020 Mercedes GLC 43 4Matic features Mercedes' latest MBUX infotainment system functional with a touchpad
Sliding into the cabin, the 2020 Mercedes GLC 43 4Matic features leather sports seats and some aluminum trims visible inside the car. Other equipment are galvanized shift paddles, different steering wheel buttons and flat-bottomed steering wheel now evident in new cars.
The GLC 43 also came with Mercedes' latest MBUX infotainment system as standard, which is functional with a touchpad and voice recognition.

Mercedes-AMG hasn't disclosed the price of the GLC 43 and when it's arriving in dealers’ shops. However, as far as we know, the price of 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 will cost at least 21.7 million naira!
