Barely six months to debuting the F8 Tributo, has Ferrari debuted another model dubbed the F8 Spider. The new mid-engine droptop is coming in to replace the 488 Spider.
As gathered by Naijauto, the new 2020 Ferrari F8 Spider is powered by a 3.9-liter turbocharged V8 engine. It shares a similar engine to the Tributo coupe and delivers 711 hp and a torque of 568 lb-ft (770 Nm). As stated by the Italian car manufacturer, the new F8 Spider can sprint from 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds while hitting 124 mph in 8.2 seconds. The top speed is 211 mph (340 km/h).

The exhaust manifold used on the F8 Spider is constructed from lightweight Inconel. Again, the carbon fiber trimmings make for a 1400 kg dry weight which comes off as being heavier when compared to the F8 Tribute.

Just like its predecessors, the 2020 F8 Spider has a retractable hardtop which opens or closes in just 14 seconds. It can speed up to 45 km/h (27.9 mph).
With the modifications made on the two-seater sports car, it has a greater downforce which leads to a 10% aerodynamic increase than the Ferrari 488 Spider.
