Before it goes viral, Naijauto brings you the details of the all-new fresh and hot 2020 Cadillac XT5 SUV that just had its official debut recently.
The photos that will be featured in this post will only show a 2020 Cadillac XT5 Sport version because the brand is yet to release photos of the other two trim levels which are expected to have different styling from this Sport trim.

This is the officially debuted 2020 Cadillac XT5 Sport version – Fresh and hot, isn’t it?
Cadillac has continued in its popular “Y” trim convention of rolling out a Sport, Premium Luxury and Luxury version of its cars with very noticeable design differences between the variants.
The Sport trim gets a package with the much darker appearance and an XT4-like grille compared to the Premium Luxury version with emphasized bright (chrome) trim.

A glimpse of the interior features of the 2020 Cadillac XT5 Sport version
The driving experience in this new 2020 Cadillac XT5 is expected to noticeably improve as it comes with the same 2.0L turbocharged 4-Cylinder base engine which the XT4 also debuted with. This engine delivers 237hp and 258 lb-ft of torque while the Sport and Premium Luxury(optional) version feature a 3.6L V6 engine that delivers 310hp and 271 lb-ft of torque. Also, both the base version and the upper trims all come with a 9-speed auto transmission compared to the previously featured 8-speed transmission in the older XT5.
Below is a highlight of the notable updates featured in this new 2020 Cadillac XT5;
- Improved road isolation and ride comfort in the nonSport trims by adding driveline enhancements and revised front struts
- Added Standard 20inch wheels and all-wheel-drive for quicker steering with an adaptive suspension that has continuous damping features
- A rotary controller for the infotainment system and a touchscreen display
- USB Type-C ports, revised USB ports and also wireless mobile phone charging support
- Fresh interior colour and trim

The official pricing and fuel economy figures of this 2020 Cadillac XT5 crossover are yet to be released but once Cadillac gives out this information, we will be the first to feature it in our update!
