The 2019 Kia Sorento also gave the mid-size SUV a minor facelift and improvements. The Honda Pilot and the Kia Sorento have different designs and styling. However, that of the Honda Pilot stands head and shoulders above that of the Kia Sorento. The Honda Pilot comes with a 196.5-inch body, rising on a 111-inch wheelbase. It stands at 70.6-inches tall, with 7.3-inches of ground clearance on both the front-and-all wheel drive models, with departure angles of 19.7 and 20.8 degrees. Its 78.6-inch width allows for a decent interior hip and shoulder room all across three rows. The car’s other designs include the following:

The Honda Pilot provides seating for up to eight occupants across three rows, a standard two-three-three configuration up to the Touring model. On the Elite, the second row is swapped for two heated captain’s chairs, reducing the seating numbers to seven. All three-row seating is for adults, with enough headroom and legroom for all. All four seats come with LATCH anchors for child’s safety seats.

The Kia Sorento, on the other hand, has a 36.3-inches headroom in the third row, and 31.7-inches legroom. The second row has 39.4-inches legroom and the ability to slide seats backward and forward. The cargo space is 38 cubic inches with the third row folded.
