Actor Will Smith became a Lift taxi driver temporarily as part of activities to promote his latest movie Bad Boys for Life.

Four passengers of Lyft, a ride-hailing company, got a pleasant surprise after they ordered a ride, and the driver that pulled over was Hollywood A-list Actor Will Smith.

Being driven by such a big celebrity must be fun!

While it might be fun to have a huge celebrity drive you, such luxury does not come every day. There was a reason for the grand gesture. The “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” star collaborated with Lift for the adventure tagged “Bad Boys for Lift” as a promotion of his latest movie titled “Bad Boys for Life.”

The movie is the third in the “Bad Boys” movie franchise. The very first movie was released in 1995, and it was a big success. Riding on the success of the first installment, “Bad Boys II” was released in 2003. About seven years later, the third movie is being released.

Smith and his passenger had a good time on the ride

Smith who is one of the most successful black men in Hollywood shared a clip of the promotional activity on Instagram – urging people to go see the movie at the cinema.

"Check out @badboys in theatres this weekend because my foot’s too heavy on the gas to be doin’ this @lyft thing full time."

The Porsche Taycan driven by Smith is an electric vehicle – first unveiled at the Frankfurt Show in 2015. Drivers can fire up to 162 miles per hour and cover as much as 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds.
