Mercedes-Benz just rolled out its latest SUV called Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury. The debut of this model at the 2018 Beijing auto show promises a new air into the current wave of SUV manufacturing.

The  Vision Mercedes-Maybach Ultimate Luxury is built on the SUV platform of the next-gen GLS-class; however, it throws off a tall-station-wagon-inspired shape, putting on a notchback body design similar to that of a sedan. The front features a massive grille. Additionally, the car uses 24-inch wheels on 285/40 rubber.

It is believed that the next-gen Mercedes-Benz GLS-glass is due to come out in 2020 or 2021 with a Mercedes-Maybach-branded version. Many guess if the model comes out with this unusual shape, it will likely end up being dedicated to only the China market.
