Tesla Model 3 has been involved in some road crashes in recent times. We hope this time around, they won't blame it on autopilot. According to a new report, a Tesla Model 3 was barely recognizable and a man also sustained injuries when the car crashed in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in China.

From the pictures taken at the scene of the crash, it was revealed that the black Model 3 slammed into a pedestrian overpass. It was also disclosed by local authorities that the car was driven by one 51-year-old man who apparently lost control of the car due to improper operation.

As a result, the vehicle hit a man riding an electric bicycle. He was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment. Luckily for the man, he didn’t sustain serious injuries from this crash. From investigation, we were made to understand that the Tesla hit the steel railing to the left of the stairs, sliding up the concrete before coming to a few steps up the pedestrian walkway.

Undoubtedly, the Tesla Model 3 isn't returning to the road anytime soon but the only good news is that no one lost life in this accident. The driver of the car didn’t sustain any injury.
