It’s been more than a decade since a Russian president has visited the oil-rich kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This explains the grand welcome given to current Russian president, Vladimir Putin on Monday 14th 2019 while he was arriving at King Salman’s palace in Saudi Arabia.

President Putin was given a grand welcome to Saudi Arabia as 16 royal horses escorted his armored Aurus Senat Limousine to King Salman’s palace.

Naijauto gathered that the Russian president’s visit was purposely to discuss regional security and sign some oil agreements with the Saudi King as well as the crown prince too.
