The 15th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari no longer use the Mercedes S550 he inherited from the previous administration.
Now the official car of the current Nigerian President is a custom-made 2019 Mercedes Maybach S560 which was first introduced in May during the presidential inauguration ceremony.

Just this Tuesday, the President departed to South Africa on a 3-day visit in order to discuss the general conditions of living of Nigerians residing in that country. With him on the journey are 3 governors, 7 cabinet ministers and 3 other members of his administration.
No doubt, the President feels safe and loves this luxury official car since he takes it with him on most of his visits within the country

According to a recent statement made by Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, it was revealed that the major agenda of this current visit is to find a common ground for ensuring cordial relationship between the two countries.
