It was instant karma for a porch pirate who was stuck in the snow while attempting to flee arrest. From what we learnt, the would-be thief took flight when he was almost caught at the front door of a house by an unidentified person.
The front wheels of the porch pirate's getaway car were spotted spinning aimlessly while trying to escape arrest
As a result, the man ran to his car quickly in order to escape but was unable to do so as his getaway car got stuck in the snowbank while he was trying to reverse. You might be a bit shocked thinking how a small amount of snow could trap a car. Interestingly, the amount of snow there was enough to trap his Toyota Yaris in its cold clutches.

The porch pirate was spotted getting out of the car as quickly as possible to push it out of the snowbank. Unfortunately for him, luck ran out on him as two police vehicles were seen surrounding him where he was stuck with his white Toyota Yaris. When he realized he had been trapped, the would-be-thief apparently decided to relax and take a sip of water.

From further report, the porch pirate got back into his car and sat there calmly. Apparently, the police were not having any of his drama as they asked him to exit the car. Afterwards, the officers at the scene were able to get him off the car.
We are not sure if he was able to steal the package from the porch but one thing is certain: the man failed to escape in a spectacular fashion.
