Those abandoned 60s supercars have been “lying dead” for a straight 27 years in an American garage. Among them, the 427 Shelby Cobra and Ferrari 275 GTb combined are worth £2.8 million (~N1.5b).

Not until the authorities in North Carolina reached a unanimous decision to bulldoze the house last month were those cars found out and people started to spread the news on the internet.

It was alleged that those 60s supercars have not been used since 1991 after the death of the owner’s mechanic.

The 52-year-old odometer of the Ferrari reads only 13 thousand miles. The silver coated supercar is powered by a 3.3L V12 engine. Judging by its incredible condition, car experts state it can sell for about £2.2m (~N1.1b) according to the current market prices.
