Peace Mass Transit (PMT) is a reputable transport company in Nigeria that offers excellent services in courier, travels, intra and interstate transportation services.Peace Mass Transport is owned by the parent company Peace Group Nigeria. The transport firm was founded in 1995 and began operations with just a few number of buses, infact with just 2 buses at the UNN Nsukka and gradually grew to what it currently is right now (Over 1500 bus fleet across the country). Peace Mass Transport currently serves about 30,000 travellers on a daily basis across the country with the help of its over 2500 staff strength.

Peace Mass Transit fleet includes Toyota Hummer and Foton. PMT has recently announced a scheme that transfer bus ownership to its drivers. The company believes that their drivers will be much more considerate and safety concious when they own the bus they drive.

Peace Mass Transit company was established by Chief Sam Maduka Onyishi. Mr. Maduka holds the position of the Chairman and Managing Director of the transport firm. He is a well known businessman and a philanthropist.

3. Peace Mass Transit online booking step-by-step tutorial

You can book for a PMT ticket online or offline. For offline booking, see the PMT terminals in Nigeria down below. For online booking, log on to the official Peace Mass Transit website and follow these steps:

In the seat reservation, fill in your departure location, destination location and departure date, click "Click to find a bus"

  • Step 2. Available trips will pop-up showing pickup points, available buses, departure time, arrival time, trip duration and prices

Select the seat you want. Seats that are free are colored white while the others are already reserved. According to PMT, if you are travelling long distant trips, you should strictly sit the number on your ticket so please choose your seats carefully.

Click on “Pay for Seat(s)”

  • Step 3. Fill in your required booking details and discount information on the next page, and click on “Pay for Booking”

Fill out the form with all your card details and proceed to make your payment. You will be notified if the transaction is successful, and tickets will be emailed to you.
