A new report reaching us at Naijauto claims that Governor Seyi Makinde has brought a new dawn into the lives of Oyo state workers, by approving a remarkable increase in the total amount of their accessible car loans, housing loans and many more.
Governor Seyi Makinde has been putting out new developments and plans since he assumed office in Oyo State
According to the new report, civil servants in Oyo state had an interactive meeting with Governor Seyi Makinde on Wednesday 25th September 2019 at the State Secretariat in Ibadan where he revealed some of his new developments and good plans for them.
Press sources claim that the crowd of Oyo state workers became really ecstatic and got to their feet to cheer the Governor and his cabinet when Mrs Alolade Agboola, the current HoS (Head of Service) told them about the governor’s approval of an increase of their accessible car loan from ₦500,000 to ₦750,000 and also their accessible housing loan from ₦2 million to ₦3 million.

Mrs Alolade went further to reveal that Governor Seyi Makinde had already approved the following;
- ₦20 million monthly grant to cover the increased accessible car loans for the State workers
- ₦15 million monthly grant to cover the accessible car loans for the TSC (Teaching Service commission) staffs
- and ₦20 million monthly grant to cover the accessible housing loans

Among the Oyo state workers present at the event, one Mrs Kehinde Adebisi personally expressed her gratitude for the efforts of Governor Seyi Makinde especially in approving the increment to the workers’ accessible housing and car loans. In her appreciation speech, she pointed out that the governor is truly showing the humane heart of a good leader and how the Oyo state workers are unanimously ready to support him in making the state better.
Mrs Kehinde Adebisi also went further to say the below words;
“Governor Makinde deserves the appreciation of workers in the state, since his assumption of office he has continued to see to the welfare of workers. With this new increment, I have no doubt in my mind that it will make us to be dedicated to our duty and contribute our quota to the development of the state”
