A video of a man driving his car with his left leg while being on his smartphone has surfaced online. From the video, one can easily deduce that the young driver was enjoying himself as he was seen smiling. But what he's yet to understand is that he's endangering his life and that of other road users.

The video which has already gone viral triggered angry reactions from social media users who couldn't hide their displeasure about the risky stunt. Their comments said it all:

If he's spotted by the FRSC, he will be fined as it's a traffic offense, according to the FRSC Act 2007 establishment.FRSC is charged with the responsibility of preventing and minimizing road traffic crashes, among other roles. We already covered FRSC traffic offenses and fines in Nigeria. It says it's an offense to,
- Drive a vehicle, or two or three-wheel cycle on any road in a reckless or negligent manner that will be dangerous to other road users.
- Drive with one hand.
- Use your mobile phone while driving.
Based on these offenses, the man will be fined ₦4,000, for pressing his mobile phone and ₦50,000 for driving in a reckless and negligent manner. Altogether, the fine is ₦54,000
