After a stellar 2019, Burna Boy decided to attend the 62nd Grammy awards in style as he was captured entering his Rolls Royce Cullinan.

Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy might not have won the Grammy award but sure has carved name for himself in the sands of time. 2019 was indeed a blessed year for this super talented artist as he went home with multiple awards, including the coveted BET award for the Best International Act.

No doubt, all nominees in his Grammy category were all deserving winners for their artistry brilliance and ingenuity but it seems our own Burna Boy might have to wait a little bit as the Grammy award for the Best World Music Album category for 2019 was taken home by Beninese Angelique Kidjo thanks to her incredible work in “Celia”.

2019 saw Burna Boy going home  with many awards, both local and international

The recent Grammy nomination put Burna Boy in the exclusive hall of fame with other nominated Nigerian artistes such as King Sunny Ade, Seun Kuti, Wizkid, Femi Kuti, Babatunde Olatunji, etc.

The Beninese singer might have dedicated her award to Burna Boy but the star boy himself stormed the event in style. Burna Boy, who is now famously dubbed as “African Giant” was captured on video entering Rolls Royce Cullinan, on his way to attend the 62nd Grammy awards ceremony held last Sunday at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
