It is usually funny sometimes how some people would be hardcore supporters of a state government while others would be completely against the same government. An example of such a scenario recently played out in Bauchi state when a middle-aged man reportedly did a solidarity trek for the state government. Oh yes, the middle-aged man identified as Mustapha Yusuf actually trekked from Sokoto all the way to Bauchi state to show his support for Governor Bala Mohammed. That’s incredible, isn’t it?

The fortunate part of Mustapha Yusuf’s story is the fact that he has now been honoured with a car gift from Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state. Media reports claim that the young man was recently gifted a Peugeot 406 sedan by the Bauchi State governor in appreciation of his solidarity walk. It was also stated in the reports that Mustapha Yusuf said he did the solidarity walk for Governor Bala Mohammed because of the numerous developmental projects currently being done by his administration.
