The Italian supercar maker Lamborghini, popularly known for always completing its vehicle lineups has yet again lived up to its standard by unveiling a new Evo Spyder model with Rear-wheel-drive to roundup the Huracan lineup. This new sportscar makes the fourth version in the Lamborghini Huracan family, which already includes an Evo convertible, Evo Coupe (AWD), and Evo Coupe (RWD). The new Evo Spyder basically completes the Huracan lineup as a Rear-wheel-drive version with convertible roof.
This is the newly unveiled Lamborghini Huracan Evo (RWD) Spyder – a superfast new “baby” for car lovers
This 2021 Lamborghini Huracan Evo (RWD) Spyder comes with a powerful 5.2-liter V10 engine mated with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission system, which is the same with its hardtop sibling. This engine gives the RWD Spyder a whopping 610hp (455kW) power output and 413 lb-ft (560Nm) of torque. And the overall powertrain allows for a Zero to 62mph speed in just 3.5 seconds as well as a 201mph top speed. Comparing these figures with that of the Evo (RWD) Coupe, there is just a tiny difference as the Evo Coupe races to 62mph in 3.3seconds and hits a top speed of 202mph.
The 2021 Lamborghini Huracan Evo (RWD) Spyder is not just fast but also fashionable
The minor speed difference between the 2021 Evo (RWD) Spyder and the Evo (RWD) Coupe shouldn’t really matter when the roof of the Spyder is stowed away. The newly unveiled Evo (RWD) Spyder comes with a soft top that is electronically operated to fold completely flat in just a matter of 17 seconds even when driving at 31 mph speed. Lamborghini will also be providing different hues of this soft top as an option for customers to match the top with the already extensive array of colors available for the Huracan Evo.
