Owning a Lamborghini is typically every car freak’s dream. Well, at least that counts for Lamborghini die-hard fans. As they say, one man's dream is another’s poison. Would you believe some people already have this dream car that costs a fortune but are ready to swap it for other lower-cost vehicles? Unreal, right?
Why should anyone have a preference for Hyundai in a place of a world popular vehicle such as a Lamborghini? Well, in the crazy world of automobiles, anything can happen.
This was the case of Raj Clement, a Hyundai dealership proprietor who had previously bought a 2019 Lamborghini Huracan Spyder LP580-2 for himself but now he seems to get bored of it already.
Lamborghinis are not the sort of cars which are frequently seen on the road every day, but it is in many wish-lists. Though Clement did not remark on why he chose to sell his posh Huracani, the only information gotten regarding his action was that he purchased the Lamborghini for personal use and now he intends selling it through his own dealership. He then took a low-cost Hyundai for daily use instead. Making inquiries about the story, a salesperson informed ‘The Drive’ that:
"Clement bought it, now he’s selling it, not much to the story."

It is obvious Clement was trying to draw attention to the Lamborghini Huracan by showcasing the car in his Hyundai vent. Buyers who walk into the Hyundai outlet of Wentzville will always be attracted to the Lamborghini, which is parked in the supposed ‘wrong’ outlet.
While there is no mention of the Hyundai model which Clement transacted the Lamborghini for, however, the 2019 Lamborghini Huracan Spyder LP580-2 was listed as having a 531 mileage with an RWD drivetrain. It has a fuel efficiency of 13 mpg in the city and 18 mpg on the highway. The car is listed for the price of $226,718 or ₦81.7 million while the standard market price usually is about $248,039 or ₦89 million. That is a difference of $21,321 or ₦7.7 million because it is a used one. A hyundai Elantra costs etween $20,000 and $22,000 or ₦7.2m to ₦8m.
As they say, publicity is everything. Whether he markets the Lamborghini in a dedicated Lamborghini outlet or a lower outlet for small budget vehicles, Lamborghini is one supercar that has the capacity of attracting customers effectively. The Italian fast supercar which always costs a fortune is mostly regarded as one of the best cars in the world, owned mainly by celebrities, politicians and of course buyers who can afford it.
