It is quite ridiculous but true that a certain Lagos motorist ticked all the boxes last weekend after being arrested for driving against one-way traffic, reckless driving and assault of a senior police officer. Press reports claim that the 33-year-old driver identified as Victor Ebhomenyen was arrested on Saturday, April 17 at the popular 4-Point Hotel in the Oniru part of Lagos state.
