The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a driver who hit someone with his Toyota car, and tried to escape. Unfortunately for the driver, a female driver and occupants of her car decided to be their brother’s keeper. Having witnessed the incident, they gave the driver a hot chase until they were able to get his number plate which would be useful in tracking him down. The information was later handed to the police.
