Katsina police arrest infamous armed robber, recovering a Camry stolen in Abuja

The Nigerian police have just confirmed the arrest of a notorious armed robber in Katsina state with a stolen car recovered from him as well. Read details below!

Naijauto has just gotten new reports claiming that the Katsina State Police division has confirmed the arrest of one Mohammed Sani who is an alleged notorious armed robber. A reported stolen Toyota Camry car was also recorded to have been recovered from the suspect during the arrest.

The reports claim that one Amao Livingstone – a resident at Dove Resort in Mabushi Area of Abuja is the rightful owner of the recovered car. He was said to have reported that his car was snatched by armed men at gunpoint around 11 pm on the 2nd of October 2019 at his location in Abuja.

The police also reported that the suspect was nabbed when he actually drove the stolen car to Katsina with the target of transiting it through the popular Nigeria-Niger border. He is said to be cooperating with the police now in helping them with further investigation into other suspects.
