The coming of this Hongqi E115 electric SUV might be a big concern for Rolls-Royce concerning the sales of its Cullinan. This new brand looks almost like the Rolls-Royce luxury SUV.
The iconic Hongqi is a brand under FAW Group, a leading car manufacturer in China. Recently, the company introduced a new concept Hongqi E115 electric Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) at the 2019 Frankfurt Auto Show.

According to the automaker, the new concept SUV will feature a Rolls-Royce-Cullinan inspired exterior design, which is tagged as the most luxurious SUV on the planet. Guess we could attribute this development to the work history of current design boss at Hongqi, Gilles Taylor, with Rolls-Royce, British luxury brand.
Other features to be enjoyed by potential customers include eight selectable driving modes, level-4 autonomous driving tech, and cameras in place of regular side mirrors; these features are commonly found on Lexus ES, Audi eTron and Honda e.

It will be able to accelerate from a standstill of zero to 100 km/h in less than 4 secs. The company is yet to release full details on its electric motor and battery so far.
At the ongoing Motor Show, the automaker’s first super sports model, Hongqi S9, is currently on display at the company’s stand, with an output of 1,400 horsepower, suicide doors and a top speed of 400 km/h. Remarkably, the S9 can accelerate from a standstill of zero to 100 km/h in 1.9 secs.
