EFCC recovers Ferrari car & fake cheque from fraudster on Banana Island

U.K jailed Banana Island-based fraudster was nabbed by operatives of EFCC at his residence, recovering a Ferrari car and other valuable items. See full story!

From the report reaching us on Naijauto, a UK jailed Mark Obisesan, has been apprehended by the operatives of Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) for being in possession of a counterfeit traveler’ cheque valued at $10,000.

From what we learnt, an expensive Ferrari 488 model, a laptop, ATM cards, 2 iPhones and 1 Samsung phone were found and recovered from him. The arrested fraudster is reported to have spent 12 months in the United Kingdom for internet fraud.

The fraudster according to the findings made by EFCC, has no substantial means of income, which made the anti-graft agency to invade his residence at Banana Island residence in Lagos, where they carried out the arrest.

However, Obisesan in the latest development has been granted provisional bail, which came with conditions for such to be fully accepted.
