Xiaolang Zhang, a former Apple worker has been accused of stealing the technology from Apple. This is going to be a big issue for him in such a circumstance that Donald Trump had claimed China have ill intentions to steal American technology.

More importantly, it was the technology of the first self-driving car being developed by Apple. All of the 40-GB - data was stored in his wife’s laptop prior to his resignation latter in April. The data that fill 25 pages is a secret blueprint for a self-driving car made by Apple’s circuit board.

The Chinese hardware engineer was detained and questioned on July 7 at San Jose International Airport where he would later show his last-minute flight to China.

If this case was clear and all the convictions prove right, Zhang might be imposed to a severe sentence by the USA’s Supreme Court.
