According to reports, this flabbergasting incident occurred on Friday 11th 2020 around the popular Adeniyi Jones Avenue in Ikeja, Lagos.

The viral video making rounds on the internet captured a moment when a Female LASTMA official was seen physically assaulting motorists in what could be described as an unprofessional manner.

From the video, the officer could be seen forcing herself into the commercial taxi to wrestle with the cab driver. Just when everyone thought she was done with the fight, she later pounced on the passenger sitting next to the driver and began exchanging heavy blows with him as well.

According to social media users, the most “annoying” part of the entire ordeal was seeing just how many times the female officer continued resisting passersby that tried to calm her down and stop the fight. She did not even mind the presence of so many onlookers that were recording her actions on their smartphones and others verbally making attempt to calm her down.

Unfortunately, the management of LASTMA has now responded to the incident in a recent Tweet where it states that the officer has been officially invited for questioning and promised that she will be disciplined for completely misrepresenting what the agency stands for.
