Justice Sabo Ringim, the immediate former chief judge of Jigawa State, reportedly lost his life in a recent auto crash en route his hometown (Ringim) on Wednesday 19th of May 2021. Press reports claim that the popular judge lost his life in a ghastly crash while travelling along the Dutse-Ringim road in Jigawa state.

Dr Musa Adamu, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Jigawa state, has confirmed the reports of Justice Sabo Ringim’s death. The commissioner said that he was deeply shocked to get the sad news of Justice Ringim’s demise on May 18 while he was travelling down to his hometown. Dr Musa Adamu sent his condolence to the family of the deceased Judge and to the state at large for such a huge loss.
Media reports revealed that the Late Justice Aminu Sabo Ringim was 61 years at the time of his death a few days ago. It was also revealed that the late judge attended the popular Usman Danfodio University in Sokoto where he obtained a degree in Law. After obtaining his Law degree, he was said to have also attended the Nigerian Law School in Lagos after which he was then called to “Bar” in the year 1986. Fast forward to the year 2013, that was the year when the late judge got appointed as the chief judge of Jigawa State.
