Who says you must own a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG before you can take a picture with one? Nigerian star musician D’Banj recently posed for pictures with a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG belonging to his friend and long-time business partner Damian Ifeanyi Okoroafor.

As D’Banj would always say in the intro of his songs, “Don’t get it twisted,” the top entertainer is not alien to flashy cars. As a successful showbiz crooner, he has an enviable car fleet including some of the most expensive cars owned by Nigerian entertainers.

A former member of Mavin Records which he co-owned with Don Jazzy, D’Banj was one of the first Nigerian Artistes to enjoy international acclaim as he clinched a deal with Kanye West’s Good Music label some years ago. Although details of the deal made available to the press were sketchy, many people are of the opinion that it was the deal that led to his exit from Mavin Records, and subsequent fallout with his friend and business partner Don Jazzy.

Despite not being active on the music scene presently, D’Banj is still famous for his hit songs and performances. Happily married to his beautiful wife Lineo Didi, he is an entrepreneur cashing out in different businesses.
