“No serious organization will take its drivers for granted. Our drivers are the most important in the distribution chain. They take a lot of risks while striving to deliver products and meet targets and even exceed targets. We are doing this to recognize them, that they matter in our business and we will continue to celebrate them.”

However, Fatima also noted that the company has resorted to different formats of encouragement to motivate drivers. She added that any driver who met their mandated target and also maintained zero or no record of accidents will be gifted with additional 50,000 thousand naira every quarter of the year. Speaking about the business transactions of their organization, she stated that their company business transactions is incomplete until the product reaches the customer, which can only be made possible by the driver. Urging their drivers, she told them not to rest nor feel reluctant but instead extend the performance of 2018 to 2019 and beyond, as the company will always see it that it fulfills its promise of looking after them.
