Nigerian celebrity jeweller Malivelihood has dropped many jaws online as he unveiled his latest design, a Mercedes-Benz car, encrusted with diamond. If you are wondering how much diamond is used on this exotic car: it features 2.5 million Swarovski Diamonds and an additional 55-carat black diamonds on its body parts, including the bonnet, rear sides and front grille. The designer’s badge is also found on the rear wing and on the rear side of the Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe. The celebrity Jeweller, Malivelihood unveiled this Diamon-crusted Benz car on his Instagram page with almost a million followers.

According to Malivelihood, the diamond-encrusted Mercedes car will soon go on sale. It appears more like a collaboration between the German automaker and the top Nigerian jeweller. We are not sure if the powertrain has been tuned up for higher performance. However, the car on its own without the diamond is quite a powerful model. It promises a V8 4-litre bi-turbo powertrain churning out as much as 523 horsepower. The GT Coupe has the ability to sprint from zero to 60 mph in a remarkable 3.7 seconds.
