It was a massive raid for EFCC operatives at Osogbo nightclubs as they arrested 94 suspected internet fraudsters, recovering 19 cars. See our reports below!

Operatives of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibadan zone raided different nightclubs at Osogbo, Osun State in the late hours of Sunday, and arrested 94 suspected Internet fraudsters.

As reported by Naijauto, the raided clubs, which were all situated on Ibadan/Iwo road in the state, include "Secret Underground", "Green Arcade," and "Riverside".

The operatives recovered 19 exotic cars, laptops, and assorted pricey, mobile phones.

In a statement written by the agency's Head of Media and Publicity, Mr.Wilson Uwujaren, the raided nightclubs were notorious for hosting parties for Yahoo boys.

He went further to say that the party was organized to celebrate their loot.

All their smartphones were taken away from them for investigation

EFCC swung into action based on an intelligence report gathered, which gave them a hint that a party was going to be organized that night.

The nabbed Yahoo boys are currently undergoing interrogation and those found to be involved will be charged to court.
