Even though not all of us can afford a car, but we are sure to know what is the things that make up a car. We see them everyday when we travel to work or on TV in whatever channels that you might stumble upon.
You probably have encountered some incidents on the road, where police officers would stop a car and fine the drivers for installing improper equipment on car. Some cars, on the other hand, are fined because of missing parts, such as a wheel, a window frame, a rear or front bumper and countless many other things. All of those missing parts make the car "not a car", according to the road safety standard.
Not many of us know the in-depth details about what make up a car
What are the things that make a car a car? That seemingly ridiculous, redundant and somewhat dumb question is actually not that easy to answer. Well, you would say 3 wheels are the bare minimum. That's correct, what else? Should it have a chassis? A bodywork? Sure. What about a set of windows? Probably.
The reason why we posed such a question is because some of you might not even aware of that rule, and hence might modify the car improperly should you have the intention to do so.
This car doesn't even have a steering wheel!
This weird guy has modified his car to the point of no return. We only know of this car because the police have caught him while he's driving this monstrous of a car on the street. With a flat tyre, missing bumper. That's not the best part, the steering wheels and the front seats were missing and he somehow gets it into the road and drives around. Did I just say missing front seats, yes. He was actually driving sitting on a bucket!
Local police's tweet on the bizarre traffic violation
The guy got a penalty of a huge amount of money, and also he was obliged to appear in court later on.
