The car dealer recently remanded in Osun actually pleaded not guilty to charges of fraud and stealing levied against him. K.S Abioye, who happens to be his counsel, employed the court to grant him bail pending when they will determine the allegations against his client. However, the prosecuting counsel asked for the bail to be denied since it took them a lot of work to get him into custody. Magistrate Olusegun Ayilara after deliberations from both parties decided to keep him remanded in Ilesa correctional centre. The case was then adjourned until the 24th of August for a bail hearing.
