What could have been a massive catastrophic was averted recently by the Lagos State Fire Service and other related bodies on the Third Mainland Bridge. Read on!

A blue BRT with no identifiable registration number experienced an electrical fault which led to its getting burnt beyond recognition.

Thanks to the swift response of the Lagos State Fire Service, whose officials came to the rescue by salvaging the fire situation.


All hands were on deck to salvage this unfortunate situation on the Third Mainland Bridge


Due to the degree at which the bus burned, its registration number couldn't be ascertained

LASTMA’s officers were also on duty to control and manage situation relating to traffic on the bridge.

The gallant personnel of the LASEMA Response Unit (LRU) were quick to take away the bus that got burnt from the scene.
