All four young men have lost their lives in a fatal accident in Jigawa after a trailer crushed their motorbike. Read details and reports from police here!

Three brothers and a bike rider have been killed in a ghastly accident between a trailer and the motorcycle carrying them in Jigawa State.

The incident was confirmed by the spokesman of Jigawa Police Command, SP Abdu Jinjiri. And according to him, it happened at Tsamiya Junction, along Yalwan Damai road in Birnin Kudu LGA.

SP Jinjiri told newsmen that the crash was between a trailer registered with BKD 45 DD and a motorcycle with no registration number conveying three siblings.

Naijauto gathered that the three brothers and the motorcyclist were trying to cross the road when the trailer collided into them and they all died on the spot.

The bike rider's name was given as Labahani Yahaya, age 20 while the three brothers names were Salish Mukhatar, age 15, Abba Mukhatar, age 20 and Sadisu Mukhatar, age 18.

The SP said,

"Three brothers and a driver of the motorcycle died instantly while trying to cross road on their way to Yelwan-Damai village."

Their dead bodies have been handed over to their families for burial.
