Back in the year 2012, British luxury carmaker – Aston Martin commemorated its 10-year old partnership with Zagato (renowned Italian coachbuilder). During this celebration, the Geneva Motor Show witnessed the introduction of the aptly-named Aston Martin Vantage V12 Zagato limited-edition cars. Now in 2020, “R-Reforged” – a different British auto firm with some Swiss roots has obtained proper permission to actually remake 38 new models of the V12 Zagato which will be sold in pairs (Twin).

These proposed luxury rides are going to be “continuation” cars just like we have seen from other popular brands like Shelby, Alvis, and Bentley. However, R-Reforged is going to be making very few (38 units) in this case and it plans to still re-use the old 5.9-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine. On a positive note, the company promises to tune this same engine to deliver a whopping 600hp – making it an additional 90hp over the older versions.
Also, enthusiasts will be provided with options to choose between a7-speed manual gearbox and an auto transmission combined with the default Rear-Wheel-drive system.
