Peugeot's production started in Nigeria on March 2, 1975, just after the Kaduna assembly plant commissioned by General Yakubu Gowon.

It all began with the idea of the Nigerian Federal Government of developing local car production and they made a decision of setting up a partnership with Automobile Peugeot France (AP France).

All of the legendary models including the 404, 406, 505, 504, J5, 505 Evolution, etc. were made from this factory. Currently, it built 240 vehicles a day in 3 shifts.

1. Peugeot 3008 SUV (started at N16,108,000 including VAT*)

Since the Peugeot 3008 SUV made its debut, it has won a total of over 30 global awards, and one of them is the reputable European Car of the Year Award. The car is powered by a BlueHDi engine including the 2.0 liter 180hp diesel and the 1.6 liters 120 hp, working in a conjunction with an EAT6 automatic transmission, making the 3008 become one of the most fuel-efficient models in the SUV segment.

2. Partner Tepee (started at N9,689,000 including VAT*)  

The Partner Tepee comes available with a 98 hp petrol engine and a 120 hp or 100 hp diesel engine. It is also adorned with some features including Bluetooth, satellite navigation, 7″ display screen, USB, reverse camera, active city brake, electronic stability control, parking sensors, speed limiter and cruise control.

3. Peugeot 301 (started at N5,977,000 including VAT*)

The Peugeot 301 gets interior equipment featuring a 3D navigation system, a big 7” touchscreen and rear-view camera. It also has Android Auto and Apple Carplay which can copy the contents from your smartphone on the touchscreen equipped with MirrorLink.

It boasts a high-end kit of safety features consisting of ESP, ABS, up to 4 airbags, low tire pressure detection and emergency brake assist.

The Peugeot 301 is powered by a 1.6L petrol 115hp VTi engine which works in a conjunction with a six-speed EAT6 (Efficient Automatic Transmission).

4. Peugeot 4008 SUV (started at N11,642,000 including VAT*)

The car is armed with keyless entry, USB, Bluetooth, push-button start, hill assist, etc. It runs with a 2.0 L engine coming with an automatic CVT (continuously variable transmission) or a manual five-speed transmission.

5. Peugeot 508 (started at N15,324,000 including VAT*)

The car comes available with a diesel or petrol engine.
