The Nigerian presidential election is scheduled to hold on February 23, 2019 following its postponement which left many Nigerians disappointed. Although there are several political parties with candidates contesting for the office of the Presidency, the two major contenders are President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former vice president Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The elections will see a democratic elected president come into office.
