The front fascia of the 2020 Taycan is just as expected; features four different large touch displays, including a ₦396,000 ($1,100) optional passenger screen as well.

By standard, each unit of the 2020 Porsche Taycan comes with a 10.9inches centre screen, 16.8inches digital instrument cluster, and an 8.4inches screen just below the large centre display for climate control. Also, a touchscreen trackpad is featured on the front fascia for controlling the vehicle’s infotainment system which has an in-built Apple Music Application by default.

The all-electric 2020 Porsche Taycan sports car is blessed with quite a lot of displays and techy features

Porsche claims that this 2020 Taycan will be offered in two variants: a 670hp Turbo version and a 750hp Turbo S version. Also, it stated that both of the variants will make use of a 93.0kWh battery pack mated with different electric motors fitted in both the rear and front axles.

This 2020 Porsche Taycan is now the first-ever electric car to come with 2 charging ports and its expected cover about 225 – 230miles on each full charge.

Interesting enough, Porsche claims that its new 270kW fast-charging DC stations will be able to recharge this 2020 Taycan’s battery pack directly from a 5% charge all the way up to an impressive 80% charge in as short as just 23 minutes while its anticipated 350kW fast-charging DC stations will even do beyond that in a much less time. Wouldn’t that be great for a country like Nigeria with the epileptic daily power supply?

The 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo S version is specified to be capable of accelerating from 0-60mph in just 2.6seconds while the standard Turbo version achieves the same in 3.0seconds and both models are rated to have a 162mph top speed.

The 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo version is pegged at ₦54.6 million ($150,900) starting price while the Turbo S version is pegged at ₦66.9 million ($185,000) with the exclusion of clearing and shipping cost to Nigeria.
