You don't want to miss the recently released teaser video of the new 2020 Bentley Flying Spur vehicle model. The logo alone is so catchy. Check it out here now!

For all you Bentley fans that are also frequent readers of Naijauto.com, this update should surely get you excited. It’s all about the new 2020 Bentley Flying Spur.

It’s been over two and a half years now that this model was spotted being tested for the first time and now the time of its final launch is near. Even though there hasn’t been any exact date yet for the launch of this sedan except that it has been set to be revealed “later this year”, the folks at Crewe seems to not able to contain the excitement any longer, they have kicked off the teaser campaign of this new “Flying Spur” already.

It would even make much sense for this new full-sized luxury sedan - 2020 Bentley Flying Spur to premiere in September this year at the coming Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany or it might even begin its unveiling journey on the Internet.

This new teaser campaign’s first episode shows a sort of shadowy silhouette of the luxury sedan as its design was revealed by highlighting the character lines and presenting its imposing body with a familiar shape. The massive rear overhang and long hood are so typical of the Bentley Flying Spur just as it is with the gentle bulge on its trunk lid as well.

As far as we can tell right now, there isn’t anything revolutionary or entirely different about the styling and exterior design of this car. But that isn’t much of a surprise for us because the Flying Spur is never really much of a car that should go through a complete overhaul design. Just as we have seen and observed how the Bentley Continental GT has pleasantly evolved from all of its previous generations, it is not so hard for us to imagine how this new 2020 Flying Spur will look like especially knowing that it is more of the sedan version in reality.

However, things will get a bit more interesting when you take a look at the other teaser image released which depicts the Bentley logo. And to elevate the excitement the more, a video showing the “Flying B” badge in action with a sort of electrically deployable metallic “winged B” that features something looking like a possible illuminated wing on the sides.

The above image and another video which we have featured below this post help us to get a good “sneak-view” of the new sedan’s upper section of its front grille as well as its central metallic fin located on its hood too.

The new 2020 Bentley Flying Spur is expected to come with a powerful 6.0L twin-turbo W12 engine which is shared with the Bentley Bentayga, Bentley Continental GT and Audi R8. This engine should be able to provide the sedan with effortless cruising, all thanks to its massive 600hp, and we will not be too surprised if the new Flying Spur gets a complete 626hp of the Continental GT and the Bentayga Speed.

From most recent spy shots, there are clear indications of a possible PHEV variant which might come with the same type of electrified setup featured in the E-Hybrid Porsche Panamera 4.

Bentley also sets out to offer customers a lesser V8 engine feature model for those people who might not be able to afford the 12-cylinder version and might also not be interested in the PHEV model.
