2,000 FRSC personnel plus anti-bomb squad deployed in 2019 Nigerian Presidential Inauguration

The 2019 Nigerian Presidential Inauguration was super-organized as over 2,000 FRSC personnel were deployed to control traffic, along with police force, especially the anti-bomb squad. Read the gist here!

As reports reach Naijauto.comover 2,000 personnel of FRSC get deployed to control traffic at 2019 Nigerian presidential inauguration.

The Abuja Sector Commander for FRSC, Mr Gora Wobin made this arrangement known in a recent interview he had with the press.


FRSC & Police force claim to be fully prepared for the Presidential Inauguration

During the interview Mr Wobin was quoted saying;

“We have done our homework. We are not unaware that people will be coming from far and near. We are expecting more influx of people into the FCT. So, manning the entry points effectively. We have designed our template on that."

“We intend to use over 2,000 personnel including special marshals,”

“Any vehicle we see during the inauguration very close to a public infrastructure is a threat. We will use the police anti-bomb squad to check that vehicle first before towing,”
