The Air New Zealand had won The Airline Excellence Awards five times in a row

The Airline Excellence Awards is one of the most prestigious awards in the field, advocated by the International Civil Aviation Organization. There’s a group of seven editors adjudicating the awards. They use the seven-star system to rate in-flight products and the safety as well as other criteria such as passenger reviews, fleet age, investment rating, profitability, staff relations, etc to choose the top 10 among 450 air carriers worldwide.

Geoffrey Thomas, the chief editor of AirlineRatings.com said:

In our objective analysis Singapore Airlines came out number one in many of our audit criteria, which is a great performance.”

One of the standouts in the industry for decades it has returned to its best with a new product, new aircraft and new innovative flights such as the Singapore-New York non-stop. Quite simple the airline is the Gold Standard.
