There might be several auto brands in the Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) category, but the one that always rings a bell is the 2020 BMW X6 M50i. The reason for this is not farfetched. Before the debut of the ride, not much was said about SAVs or crossover coupes as some people like to call them. The BMW X6 literally created the category, paving way for other brands to come in.
The story of BMW X6 M50i SAV
First generation of the X6 was birthed about 11 years ago. Saying it was a success would be putting it modestly. It was well-received by the masses, generating massive sales. Such a success was irresistible to rivals like Audi and Mercedes-Benz. In no time, they brought their own brands on the market to get a piece of the cake with the Q8 and GLE coupe respectively. Many other automakers were not left out. The market was soon flooded with SAVs.
