Nigerians have long been famous for being innovative and hard-working. This fact is not only known among our people but spread around the globe as well. In our today’s article, we would like to present one more example of a Nigerian creative and painstaking model named Durojaive Kehinde Obasanjo. After attaining a good reputation as an excellent inventor, he was called Kenny Jet by his admirers due to his famous inventions such as an aero-amphibious car or an amphibian jet car. His primary purpose when inventing these, as he shared, came from the idea of machines which are capable of moving on land and sea and flying.

The remark here is he took anything he could find in the nearby landfills. The trash, then, was used by him to manufacture his vehicles.
Middle-class Kenny, though, a father of 3 children, is based in Ikotun, Lagos, spends almost his entire time in Obadia, Yaba in which a landfill is located.
Kenny Jet disclosed that he loves the place because it’s where he has been inventing his works since 9-year-old.
Noticeably, his newest product is a vehicle made to travel in different terrains including under water, on water, in the air, and on land. He has already come up with names for it which are Hydroplane or Seacraft.

At the moment the vehicle can only run on land and water due to his financial difficulties.
Some predict he temporarily halts his developments for the vehicle because of his children’s safety as without their mother around, they choose their father’s garage as their favourite playground.

Despite all that, the Nigerian inventor still spends his everyday life working wonders with things people dispose of and his restless mind. The seacraft he’s working on uses a jet propulsion engine, the one we can find in many traditional airplanes. Kenny Jet claims with enough funding, he’s positive his vehicle can account for 16 occupants.
For now, Kenny’s still shining brightly at his neighbourhood stealing the show everytime he’s getting in his vehicle.
